The tall boots drop an average of 1.5 – 2.0 CM. The “drop” is usually associated with the way the boots fit around the calf. The tighter the calf, the less ‘drop’ you will experience.

If you are purchasing from any country outside of the US or Canada, we can only accept Visa, PayPal, and Bank Transfers. If you use the “PayPal” option as payment, then you can pay via PayPal (no account needed) with any payment method that PayPal accepts.

There are a variety of reasons why your payment method may not be working, but don’t worry, we have fixes for all of them! From experience with payment issues, we recommend that if you are having a payment issue, that you follow the issue list below step-by-step to resolve the issue:
Step 1. Call Your Bank
The most popular reason that one’s payment may be declined is because of the issuing bank. Most banks will set limits on your cards or flag them as fraud because of the high amounts or the because you are making an out-of-state/country purchase. Call your bank or credit card provider, and verify that they are not flagging or blocking the transition. Give them the amount of the order and the merchant: “Oronativo Fashion”.
Step 2. Verify That We Accept Your Payment Method
Verify that you are paying with a payment method that we accept. If you are in the US or Canada we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Bank Transfers. If you are outside the US or Canada, then we only accept Visa, PayPal, and Bank Transfers. If you only have a method of payment that we do not accept, then move to step 3.
Step 3. Use PayPal
If you are still having errors with payment or we cannot accept your form of payment, you can always use PayPal. You do not not need a PayPal account to process the transaction. You can use any method of payment that PayPal will accept. You can choose the PayPal option from the Checkout area by clicking “PayPal” under Payment Method. If this option does not work, please move to step 4.
Step 4. Use a Bank Transfer
You can transfer funds directly into our bank account as Payment. As soon as the payment clears, your order will be placed in our system and you will receive a confirmation email. If the issue is still present, please contact our sales staff at (561)727-4685.
If your order was properly received and payment has been validated or cleared, then you will receive an email within 90 seconds that will confirm your order. As soon as your order ships, you will receive another email with your order information and tracking information.

Depending on the stock status, most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days to anywhere in the world. If your order is placed on backorder, you can expect 10-20 business days for delivery.
