CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Parlanti International currently has an opening for a customer service representative. We are based out of Wellington, FL. The hours are Mon-Fri from 9:00am to 5:00pm. This position will be salaried plus commission.

Applicants MUST have transportation to our office in Wellington, FL.

Job Responsibilities Shall Include:

Manage incoming phone calls.
Assess customer needs and resolve issues in person and over the phone.
Maintain client information on spread sheets.
Perform in person sales.
Oversight of agreements.
