Upcoming Riders: Lucas and Wilton Porter
Passioneq wants to recognize two very talented show jumpers Wilton (oldest) and Lucas (youngest) Porter. Their many achievements and accomplishments have caught our eye. These two dedicated young men are on fire! About three days ago Wilton and Lucas had an unbelievable two weeks in Lexington, Kentucky at the Rolex Stadium winning multiple classes, classics, and championships. To top it all off Wilton and his horse Diamonte Darco had their huge win at the Rolex Stadium winning the 2014 North American Young Rider Championships! Meanwhile, Lucas and his horse Phineas won the 2014 North American Junior Championships! “It’s unbelievable for one of us to win a gold medal, and for us both to win is amazing and a credit to our parents and supporters!” said Wilton in the press conference. The brothers swept away the competition taking home both grand winnings! Passioneq would like to congratulate the young gentlemen on their success and we hope for many more successes in the future for the boys. Currently the Lucas (youngest) is taking a break, preparing and putting on his game face for the Hampton Classic in a few weeks in New York. For his brother Wilton, he will be headed to Europe for a three week young rider tour with a professional level Nation’s Cup at the culmination in Bratislava, Slovakia with his other horse Paloubet. We wish Wilton and Lucas goodluck!
